 A Musical Track Representing Lasting Love?, March 14, 2015
I have recently heard Fight For You by Morgan Page on the Tiesto and Armin Van Buuren radio stations on iheartradio. I would guess that this song Fight For You by Morgan Page might be an anthem for an enduring but complicated love. I say this because on one hand the song communicates a positive ode to love by telling a story of a woman who is determined to fight for the person she loves regardless of circumstances. However, the other things she sings about such as trying to convince the person she loves that they are right for them is bordering on a complicated partnership (whether it is about marriage or other types of romantic partnerships). You should not have to repeatedly convince someone that you are right for them after a few times. However, in fairness to this musician, Fight For You by Morgan Page is a catchy and unique song.

A Heart’s Description, April 25, 2015
I’m charmed to have found out about Ghost Town by Adam Lambert due to finding out about it in one of my e-mails (I’m a voluntary subscriber to his e-mail list). Anyhow, this single of Ghost Town by Adam Lambert is not to be confused with Madonna’s Ghost Town song (which is also good). Madonna’s Ghost Town anthem deals with true love between two people regardless of external circumstances that would test even the strongest couples (such as financial tests, what is happening in their external world etc). Adam Lambert’s Ghost Town plays with the idea of his heart being like a ghost town and blends the theme of western themed music, hints of rock, as well as dance with original results. For this reason, I would recommend Ghost Town by Adam Lambert for those who are open-minded towards music mashups and music artists who like to experiment with their music.

A Chillout/Synth Pop Love Song?, April 25, 2015
I have recently heard Cherry Blossom Girl by Air on iheart’s Ambient radio. However, I’m fortunate to have also been previously exposed to this song back around 2005/2006 via Yahoo music radio. This song appears to be about being in love with someone you met that either enjoys cherry blossoms or with whom you first spotted cherry blossoms with. Either way, Cherry Blossom Girl by Air is great for those who like synth pop and/or chillout songs.

Rock Song Pondering The Meaning of Life, April 25, 2015
Believe by Bravery is played on one of the local radio stations where I currently reside and I still enjoy this song each time I hear it. The first time I remember hearing this song was back around 2008 when I was living in Norfolk Virginia and I was ironically pondering about what to do with my life while relaxing in a car that I enjoyed and owned. Anyhow, I say ironically because this rock song brilliantly appears to deals with the singer mentioning about the feeling of going through life with something to believe in and basically wanting more out of their life than to just simply go through the motions of living and breathing. Regardless, Believe by Bravery is a meaningful and a thinking type of rock song.

Living Life With Intensity and Zeal Song?, April 25, 2015
Lampshades on Fire by Modest Mouse caught my attention because of my previous familiarity with their Float On song. Additionally, I’m lucky to be able to enjoy this song due to hearing it on the radio, iheartradio, and Pandora radio (however, lampshades on fire by Modest Mouse is one of those songs that I actually like more each time I listen to it). Anyhow, I’m only guessing the meaning (due to the fact that I have not yet looked up the meaning online) but I’m guessing that this song is about taking in and enjoying life (due to the mention of a party in this song). Obviously, I’m full aware that the meaning could be something else. Either way, Lampshades on Fire by Modest Mouse is perfect for those who like rock and/or indie rock songs.

A Brief Yet Content Packed Hampton Roads Area Guide, March 19, 2015
I must preface this book review of Moon Spotlight Coastal Virginia (Including Colonial Williamsburg) by Michaela Rivera Gaaserud via mentioning that my interest in looking into living in various places across the U.S. is independent from the fact that both my husband and I have mutually agreed on following our shared intent to settle/reside in the Washington D.C. area together by the time we are both in our 60’s (preferably traditional employment as my first choice until at least my mid 50’s, and self-employment after age 58 or later if spiritually up to me). I say spiritually up to me because I’m humbly aware that many men and women are sometimes forced to fend for themselves via self-employment (for a myriad of reasons) due to the competitive employment market even for minimum wage/private sector jobs(such as the case in the Washington D.C. area). We (my husband and I) both actually enjoy living in the Washington D.C. area and a long distance marriage would only be our last resort (due to economic necessity). I prefer to avoid publicly sharing our various reasons why, but I obviously intend to keep the longevity of my marriage in mind when weighing a relocation and/or career decision and must avoid saying anything further out of consideration for my husband, mother-in-law, allowing ample time to notify my employer, any concerned friends, any concerned family members etc. Information on Williamsburg and The Historic Triangle is found on pages 26-27 and includes information on the Yorktown National Battlefield Visitor Center. House, condo rentals, and restaurant information on Virginia Beach are details of note that encompass pages 49-57. Chrysler Hall, The Virginia Zoo, Naval Station Norfolk, The Hampton Roads Naval Museum, Nauticus National Maritime Center, Battleship Wisconsin (all between pages 44-45), and the Norfolk International Airport (page 57)are among some of the multiple attractions mentioned within the Moon Spotlight Coastal Guide Virginia book (including Colonial Williamsburg) by Michaela Rivera Gaaserud.

Late 1970’s Occult Book From Late Author Anthony Norvell, March 19, 2015
I’m more than aware how blessed, charmed, and lucky in my life that I am even as I write this review for Exorcism: Overcome Black Magic With White Magic by Norvell. For me looking into books like this tap into the burgeoning interest I’ve had for magick/occult studies for quite some time and am now increasingly revisiting due to my growing self-realization (especially once I turned 34) on how much I’ve been unintentionally suppressing and/or censoring my ‘true self’ (with my obvious intent to bring forth more and more of my expanded true self each day,for the rest of my current lifetime). There is a wealth of occult/spiritual information in this book such as; using meditation as a way of activating/increasing your intuition (pages 38-39), exorcism process for transforming current financial challenges into greater monetary riches and abundance (pages 26-27), how a group of scientists used one of the author’s rituals on a test group via negative suggestion to induce sickness (pages 106-107), the author’s exorcism rites for transforming life inspired by his studies of Ancient Egyptian culture (pages 173-184), and white magic rituals that tap into angelic/celestial energy (pages 185-191).

Comfy For My Feet While Providing Balanced Strength For Strolls, March 19, 2015
I’m very fortunate that my mother-in-law bought me these set of New Balance Women’s Country Walking Shoes (I wear a women’s size 10 in shoes). I walked approximately four miles the first time that I received them, which turned out to be even more comfortable than the previous pink tennis shoes that I bought and wore (to which I reluctantly admit were ok in comfort but less comfortable). Anyhow, these New Balance Women’s Country Walking Shoes slip easily on and off my feet while providing strong durability during my walks outside. These shoes also provide a snug fit while allowing an ample grip during outdoor movements.

Cookies With Just the Right Amount of Sweetness, March 19, 2015
I admit that my food weakness for cookies and chips are what influenced me to buy and try this 12 ounce tin of Royal Dansk Danish Butter Cookies from my job. Obviously, these appetizing cookies are more for those who care more about taste than calories. These cookies do in fact have a smooth creamy taste (from the butter) and are enclosed in white circular paper wrappings to retain freshness.

Kingsman; The Secret Service Adventures/Exploits, March 14, 2015
I admit that I had another movie in mind as I was preparing my plans this week to catch a theater flick. However, I was determined to bring my husband, who insisted that we see this movie first and the other movie later (in return for him complying to see a movie with me). I went ahead and agreed to see the Kingsman; The Secret Service and was pleasantly surprised by the intriguing plot. Galahad (Colin Firth) is an experienced and dignified Kingsman agent who takes great pride in his job. What appears to be a chance meeting between Galahad and Eggsy (Taron Egerton) results in a professional and personal alliance that brings out the best in both of them. The Kingsman; The Secret Service characters of Merlin (Mark Strong) and King Arthur (Michael Caine) are also pivotal in helping Galahad in certain professional endeavors. Richmond Valentine (Samuel Jackson) is a highly influential, affluent, and famous man who ends up on the visual radar of Galahad after a certain situation transpires involving Professor James Arnold (Mark Hamill). However, Galahad has his work cut out for him because Valentine also has a talented and lethal femme fatale named Gazelle (Sofia Boutella) in his corner and loyally by his side. A glimpse of what foreshadows Richmond Valentine’s worldly aims is shown when he is in a meeting with Princess Tilde (Hanna Alstrom) and the Scandinavian Prime minister (Bjorn Floberg).

Unique Music Heartbeat, March 14, 2015
I admit that I purchased this super deluxe edition of Rebel Heart Madonna due to my strong interest and passion for Madonna’s music (Madonna’s hard candy cd is actually my first ever online review, back in June 2008). Additionally, I first started to purchase her music around the time I was 14 years old. Anyhow, there is a strong range of music to enjoy on this super deluxe edition of Rebel heart by Madonna whether you are a fan or a novice to her purchasing her music. Disc one has 19 songs on the first cd and contain a blend of pop, electronica, euro-dance, and R&B. Disco two is a music continuation of that music blend with 6 songs. There are songs that will appeal to men and women from various walks of life due to the range of life themes inherent in the songs such as track 6; Unapologetic B (for heartbreak) and track 8 Joan of Arc (to express the happy and more optimistic side of life). I’m more than aware that even among Madonna fans, the listed favorite songs are going to contrast depending on the person. My current favorite songs on this Super deluxe edition of Rebel Heart by Madonna are; Ghosttown, Devil Pray, Iconic (featuring Chance the Rapper & Mike Tyson), and Messiah. However, regardless of whether you are a fan or new to buying Madonna’s music, Rebel Heart by Madonna is perfect for those who have an eclectic taste in music involving pop, dance, electronica, R&B, and/or for those who just want to hear versatile music.

Both For Those Already Blessed With Good Luck And/Or Those Who Want To Simply Increase Their Luck, April 25, 2015
I preface this book review by admitting that I already consider myself a woman naturally blessed with good luck. However, I still purchase books pertaining to good luck due to my spiritual thirst to increase knowledge around making the best of life. Additionally, I admit to doing some off the wall and/or unconventional things to improve my life. For instance, less than 8 weeks ago, I decided to let go of reading my own horoscopes as a subconscious way to reinforce the idea that I’m in charge of my destiny and that things are only getting better in my life. However, I allow myself to look at other horoscopes as ideas for my goal setting, spiritual aspirations, life advice ideas etc. I purchased and use the ideas in How To Attract Good Luck And Make The Most Of It In Your Daily Life by A.H.Z. Carr with a similar mindset, concepts and insights for enriching my life and adding to my knowledge/wisdom goals. Generosity and Luck (starts on page 49), Turning points (starts on page 77), the intuitive approach to luck (starts on page 185), and how increased energy produces luck (starts on page 215) are some of the subject arena covered in the How To Attract Luck book. The back part of the book jacket lists A.H.Z. Carr as having lived from 1902-1971. Additionally, Carr is listed to have been a consulting economist for several corporations during his lifetime, a consultant to the Truman presidency, an economic adviser to the Roosevelt adviser, and is credited for writings in Harper’s, The Saturday Evening Post, and Reader’s Digest.

Portable and Versatile, April 25, 2015
This Kindle Fire HDX 7", HDX Display, Wi-Fi, 32 GB (Previous Generation 3rd) is an unexpected and entertaining gift from my mother in law. I humbly say unexpected because I was not previously expecting to purchase a kindle for myself until summer 2016 at the earliest. The entertaining part is because this kindle allows me to more frequently enjoy the features of my Amazon prime membership (such as listening to music offered to prime members, movies etc), listening to pandora radio and/or iheartradio when relaxing in my room and/or when it may be too cumbersome to lug my laptop computer (such as when I’m washing the dishes and/or doing other chores around my apartment). Last, but not least, this kindle allows me to read and purchase books at discounted prices. Overall, I’m obviously thankful to have been gifted with this Kindle and would recommend it to others.

Both A Template For The Tourist and/or A Prospective Relocatee, April 25, 2015
Moon Virginia Including Washington D.C. by Michaela Riva Gaaserud caught my attention due to the shared agreement between my husband and I to eventually permanently settle in Virginia regardless of whether we are employed in the private sector or the government sector. However, I’m going to avoid saying more about the timeline when this would happen out of consideration for first finalizing my plans with the people in my life (such as my husband, mother-in-law other concerned people in my life etc and practical considerations (giving at least 2-3 weeks notice to employers, time needed to plan the relocation ect). I like this book because it features various parts of Virginia such as the cities in northern Virginia; Arlington, Old Town Alexandria and the nearby areas, Fairfax county, Loudon county etc. Then there are other areas covered such as Williamsburg, Hampton Roads, Newport News, Virginia Beach etc. The Alexandria Film Festival(page 102), The Lighted Boat Parade (Page 181), and The Blue Ridge Parkway (page 294) are some of the multiple features discussed in Moon Virginia Including Washington D.C.

More Than Ten Things To Like About This Movie, April 25, 2015
Suprisingly, I unexpectedly came across this dvd of 10 Things I Hate About You at my Walmart job after searching for another dvd. For some reason, I felt drawn to this movie even though I obviously graduated from high school quite some time ago (class of 2000). There are multiple celebrities attached to this film (information available online from both wiki and the Internet movie database) and the movie centers around a popular and charismatic female named Bianca Stratford (Larisa Oleynik, I remember here from the Alex Mack episodes I watched as a teenager) who is sought after by Cameron James (Joseph Gordon Levitt) and an equally popular and wealthy student named Joey Donner (Andrew Keegan). Bianca’s sister Kat ends up getting drawn into this soap opera and is chased after a fellow student named Patrick Verona (the late acclaimed Heath Ledger) thanks to the calculated string pulling by Cameron James, his friend Michael Eckman (David Krumholtz) and Joey Donner. Gabrielle Union and Allison Janney are also some of the multiple celebrities featured in this film that I also recognized (online sources credit being the Mary Jane tv series to Union and Janney to the Masters of Sex tv series). The dvd comes with the following movie trailers; When In Rome, Extract, and 10 Things I Hate About You tv series. This dvd feature film also includes the other listed bonus features; 10 Things I Hate About You 10 Years Later, Exclusive Footage, and Filmmaker as well as Cast Audio commentary. Some of the multiple things I loved about this movie 10 Things I Hate About You; The indie rock music featured in the film that the character of Kat (Julie Stiles) is seen enjoying, the various fun songs featured in this film (Push It by Salt N Pepa, Hold Me Now song by Thompson Twins, Sexy Boy by Air etc), and a compelling quote by that Heath Ledger’s Veronica character is seen quoting in the film. The motivational and memorable quote referenced in this movie is “Don’t Let Anyone Make You Feel Like You Don’t Deserve What You Want.” I say this because I truly feel that this insightful quote can apply to various aims in a person’s life (career goals, where a person wants to live, other personal goals etc.) even though the Verona character (Heath Ledger) was actually saying this as encouragement to Cameron James . Last, but not least, the various Shakespeare references unexpectedly encouraged me to look into attending some plays/theater in the future (fortunately, I figured out how I can attend at least one play every 3-4 months at a minimum). Overall, these are some of the various reasons why I found the five dollar purchase of !0 Things I Hate About You to be a bargain for an uplifting and heartwarming movie.

Stone Temples Midwest Concert, April 25, 2015
I admit that I purchased this Stone Temple pilots dvd of Stone Temple Pilots Alive In The Windy City on April 9, 2015. However, I have previously been familiar with the music of Stone Temple Pilots for quite some time due to the fact that a family member generously gifted me with the Tiny Music Songs From The Vatican Gift Shop by Stone Temple Pilots around the time I was 16 years old. Additionally, the alternative rock station I frequently listened to from the time I was around 14 until I was 19 (radio station Q101 that was based out of Chicago, Illinois until I moved away after enlisting in the U.S. navy in 2000)often played various songs by Stone Temple Pilots. I even purchased and reviewed the Thank You cd on September 13, 2009 after coming across STP greatest hits compilation in a local Orlando Florida library a couple miles from the University of Central Florida (I left the review on the Amazon UK website). Purchasing this dvd is well worth is because the band’s music harmonizes well with Scot Weiland’s vocals in the concert performance. With this said, I also enjoy music by Linkin Park and have even purchased their recent Hunting Party cd at my job over six months ago. I’m well aware I may get some unhelpful votes for this because it is not a popular sentiment. However, using the name of Stone Temple Pilots without Scott Weiland’s powerful music vocals is akin to taking Mike Shinoda or Chester Bennington out of Linkin Park and still calling them Linkin Park. Back to the dvd set, many of the classic hits by Stone Temple Pilots are included on this dvd; Vasoline, Wicked Garden, Big Empty, Sour Girl, Creep, Plush, Interstate Love Song etc. (18 songs). My favorite songs cd wise from Stone Temple Pilots are Wicked Garden, Plush, and Vaseline. The band gave their best unified performance in this dvd concert edition and I would have to say that these were some of my favorite performances concert wise even though the songs have a melancholy tune; Sour Girl, Interstate Love Song, Dead and Bloated, and Trippin On A Hole In a Paper Heart (which is also the closing song on the concert dvd). There is also a bonus feature of an interview with STP.

Honey Flavored Cheese Curls, April 25, 2015
I can’t blame others for laughing about this, but I admit to have already purchased at least six bags of Herr’s Honey cheese curls from my job even though I first spotted the 8.5 ounce bags of Herr’s Honey cheese curls at my job less than four weeks ago. The honey taste on the Herr’s cheese curls has the right amount of sweetness without being too overpowering. A coworker mentioned to me how he has enjoyed these cheese curls since he was a kid so at least I’m not the only one at my job who enjoys these Herr’s honey cheese curls.

Lemon Themed Oreos, April 25, 2015
These Lemon Creme Oreos (a package of 15.25 ounces) are another find from my job. The lemon crème has a balanced hint of citrus without being too sweet. Additionally, these cookies are also good for a person in your life who likes oreos and is willing to try the different flavor spectrum of oreo cookies (I have known about oreo kids since my childhood, but I admit my husband’s predilection for oreo cookies, among some of his favorite cookies, are what have indirectly influenced me to more recently purchase some of the different flavor oreos offered).

Novelty Pineapple Salsa, April 25, 2015
I spotted a sixteen ounce jar of Newman’s Own pineapple salsa at my job due to my previous enjoyment of pineapple salsas (I admit that I remember first trying pineapple flavored salsa back in 2010). Anyhow this Newman’s Own pineapple salsa has the right mix of pineapple and tomato elements. I have tried this salsa with doritos (with appetizing results), and this Newman’s Own pineapple salsa also pairs well with Tostito Lime chips.

Ginger and Lemon Combine Very Well For This Jelly Preserve, April 25, 2015
My predilection towards peanut butter and jelly sandwiches as an inexpensive treat influenced me to purchase this 12 ounce jar of Mackay’s Ginger preserve from my job. The hints of ginger and lemon are mixed together well in this jelly. The unique taste ofMackay’s Ginger preserve makes it good as a standalone topping for bread as well.

Quenching Water With A Cherry Kick, April 25, 2015
The 20 ounce bottles of Everfresh Clear Fruit cherry blast flavored water allows me to quench my thirst at times when I’m craving water with enhanced flavor. I also enjoy that the Everfresh Clear Fruit cherry blast water allows me to taste the water free of a pleasant aftertaste. The only catch is that I’m considering the option of ordering this brand and flavor of water online because it is frequently out of stock in one the stores near me that frequently carries it.

My husband and I actually found out about Pizzamart in College Park, Maryland due to someone leaving a Pizzamart flyer on our apartment door. We decided to give it a try because we were both craving a different kind of delectable pizza for delivery. We both have already tried multiple pizzas from there, however the pizzamart deluxe is one of our favorite pizzas. Pizzamart in College Park, Maryland is perfect for those who are looking for appetizing pizza at the similar inexpensive prices of Pizzahut, Domino's, Papa John's etc.
I made it to this Chinatown Galley metro Walgreens after watching a movie and realizing that I wanted to get my husband a quality Valentine gift before it was too late. Luckily, I found something in there that he liked and I was greeted with polite and fast service. The only caveat is that the prices looked geared towards those who consistently make at least 2500 dollars a month or more after taxes (my observation just from getting stuff that I needed for my hair and looking at what some of the prices were for some of their food choices). Aside from that caveat, the Walgreens is a good place to stop by when you are by the Chinatown metro stop and need just a few items to purchase.
I ended up going to this 800k street NW Chinatown Post Office location after trying to mail a tax related document at Fedex, but they were unable to due to the address being a post office box. I looked up the closest post office location on one of their computers because I wanted to make it to the Chinatown Gallery Place movie theater in time for a movie I very much wanted to see. Anyhow, I made it to this location in time (the timeframe was between 10am to 11am on Friday February 13th 2015) and was treated courteously by the workers. Fortunately, I was served faster than expected and was able to send off what I had to with a smooth transition. The only catch was that the machines were down when I got there, but luckily I listened to my intuition just minutes before by drawing out some cash from a food court atm nearby.
